We recently returned home from our first stay at Maldron Hotel Parnell Square Dublin and we loved it.
The hotel is located in Dublin city centre and is only a few minutes walk from all the main shopping centres, Which is what had attracted us to it as we had our kids with us and we wanted somewhere that was easy for us to get around.
We found the hotel easy to find and on arrival we were greeted by very lovely staff who were able to let us have are room 20 minutes earlier that the stated check in time which was great as we had 4 very exhausted kids in tow.
Our room was clean, tidy, spacious and everything we could hope to expect. There was even tea/coffee facilities and various soaps and shower gels laid out in the bathroom. They also had a cot put out for our twins along with some blankets. The room also had air conditioning which was great as it was very warm when we visited.
In the morning’s there was a lovely breakfast buffet laid out which was fantastic as it catered to everyone, from cereal, toast, fruit, hams and cheese, and let’s not forget the lovely selection of cooked breakfast. My kids loved the scrambled egg and of course pancakes with nutella for afters.
During our stay overall we found the hotel to be very clean, tidy and well looked after.
In the reception area there was a lovely cafe/bar which served various food and snacks during the day although if you were wanting a larger meal then they also had a restaurant which serves a good variety of food. unfortunately we didn’t get enough time to try the restaurant so I can’t comment on it but if its anything like the breakfast food then I would say it would be great.
So if you ever decided to visit Dublin I would definitely recommend this hotel as its perfect for families, couples or anyone on business trips. I will definitely be back for another visit in the future.
